Andrew Reel is the vice president of marketing and technology for Dickson Realty in Reno, Nevada. Dickson is the #1 market share brokerage in the Reno/Tahoe market, with over $2.2 billion in 2021 sales from 325 agents in 10 office locations in Reno and the surrounding Lake Tahoe region. In his role, he is responsible for the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy, the website design, UI and UX, internal and external communications, and identification and implementation of the right technology tools for agents and employees.
Andrew has been with Dickson Realty for more than 15 years, coming from a plethora of realty marketing and technology customer service experience. He started his career in management consulting with a global business consulting firm in areas spanning customer support, product development, and solving large-scale technical problems on a global scale. He has also worked in the financial services industry on their global technical problem management team, working on highly technical solutions, which were used in briefings for senior executive leadership.
Andrew brings organization, collaboration, a drive to learn, and a little OCD together to help Dickson Realty attract and retain the best agents in the business.
